SHIPPING CONDITIONS

THE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS TAKES PLACE EUROPE-WIDE.

SHIPPING COSTS (including VAT)

DELIVERY IN (GERMANY & AUSTRIA):

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 6,90 € per order.

We ship by DHL or GLS.

From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE EU:

WE CALCULATE THE SHIPPING COSTS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES ACCORDING TO THE ORDER VALUE (GROSS VALUE OF GOODS):

BENELUX/DENMARK/POLAND/CZECH REPUBLIC:
- VALUE OF GOODS UP TO 150€ = 9€
- VALUE OF GOODS OVER 150€ = FREE OF CHARGE

REST OF EU:
- VALUE OF GOODS UP TO 200€ = 14€
- VALUE OF GOODS OVER 200€ = FREE OF CHARGE

DELIVERY TERMS

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 2-5 working-days, with foreign supplies within 2-8 working-days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
